Grading

Any necessary soil grading or leveling will be done to establish clear boundaries between the proposed building and its surroundings.

Excavation

This step involves digging out trenches and foundations for any new structures that will be built onsite.

Installing Utilities & Services

Electrical, water, and sewer lines may need to be installed at this stage, depending on what local regulations need services.

Filling & Compacting Soil

After the excavation is complete, dirt must be backfilled into the holes left behind to prevent the sinking of future buildings or other structures when completed.

Setting up Temporary Facilities

A temporary office facility such as a trailer-mounted workspace can also be set up where crews can access powerful tools and equipment while working onsite.
